| With over 25 years experience in developing scientific and visualization computer applictions, Roman brings a weath of knowledge and experience to the DMW table. He co-founded DMW along with co-CEO Dean Klimchuk in 1996 and is a driving force behind DMW's strategic and operational direction and has co-authored numerous peer-reviewed VR psychology papers. Roman has a true understanding of both the science and art of software and hardware design. This expertise is a signature element of all of DMW's projects and products. |

Dean Klimchuk Co-CEO |
| Dean co-founded Digital MediaWorks in 1996 along with co-CEO Roman Mitura. He is directly involved with both the strategic planning and day-to-day operations of the company, with a focus on the management of CG production. Dean has over 15 years experience in computer graphics and computer animation, with hands on experience ranging from traditional film and video computer animation to leading edge virtual environment and avatar design and production. He has produced and directed award winning CG animations, web site designs, and virtual reality applications. Dean is also a contributor and co-author of a number of peer-reviewed papers in VR based Psychology. |

Robert Morais |
| Robert has over 22 years of diverse industry experience. He has been the Chief Operating Officer and a founder of several highly successful biotech and education companies, taking them from initial scientific concept to its first commercial sales. He has been a “virtual” COO and CFO for start-up companies, a consultant in mergers and acquisitions, and was the Chief Financial Officer of a private international printing group operating in the U.S. and Canada with sales over $50 million and 600 employees. Robert's extensive background has been instrumental in helping DMW evolve as a company and has played an active role in guiding its growth. |

Ann Humphreys, B.Sc.(Hons), MBA |
With more than 30 years of executive experience in the healthcare industry, Ann brings a wealth of hands-on expertise and knowledge to business development and partnerships. A large part of her career was with Johnson & Johnson in Canada as Vice-President Marketing and Sales, and was a long serving member of Janssen-Ortho’s Executive Management Board. Ann established Johnson & Johnson’s biotechnology business unit and was the creative marketing force behind the successful commercial launch of their Erythropoietin Stimulating Agent. Ann brings this considerable experience to bear as she works closely with the rest of the DMW management team to develop and execute the company's business development and marketing strategy. |
